We use the personal information that you provide in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 to process your voucher. We have a legitimate interest in holding this information in order to be able to provide this service.
We will collect personal information including your name and contact details, including postal address, telephone number, email address and the reason for your referral.
How long do we store your data?
We will keep the information and data relating to your use of the website only for as long as we consider it necessary
Where is the information stored?
Information submitted on your voucher is stored on a computer located in the European Economic Area (This is necessary in order to process the information.)

Ringwood Foodbank places a great importance on the security of all information associated with our clients. We have security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of any user data under our control.
For example, our security and privacy policies are periodically reviewed and enhanced as necessary and only authorised personnel have access to user information.
